Due to rising fintech, inclusive finance has become a trend.  However, in the financial lending process, an average small and medium sized enterprise, given its scale, is not able to provide the bank with complete credibility or financial reports for credit and risk assessment, resulting in a prolonged lengthy assessing time, high financing cost, and difficulty in getting credit line. An SME under the strain of inflexible working capital is hard to invest and expand its business.

Big Data Research Center, Asia University is working on a project funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology together with Academia Sinica, and National Tsing Hua University to conduct research on SME supply chain analysis on financial credibility trying to integrate SMEs upstream and downstream supply chain in order to objectively oversee hidden business performance and future risk of the SME, and build up its extended supply chain creditability. The research involves natural language, multiple machine learning, and random probability risk. Three core techniques are as follows:

(1) Combine deep learning labeling model and social media analysis to do relation attraction from company names build up using natural language.
(2) Establish multi-layer graphs and define relations between upstream and downstream of SMEs by multi machine learning techniques
(3) Integrate feature selection and random risk algorithm from machine learning to build up supply chain dynamic weighing calibration for supply chain credibility.

Based on smart contract and blockchain fundamental technique , the project will set up a prototype monitoring and financing crowdfunding platform so as to build up blockchain credibility for SMEs by means of data such as supply chain trading, company profiling, social media, industry risks using the above three core techniques. The project, under the support of Ministry of Science and Technology, has entered its second year of research and development, and the results will be demonstrated at the Digital Economy Technique Innovation Research and Applications on 7/19 held by MOST.
